The MAST (tassie boat rego government department) has a capacity sticker which we must display on boat, only problem is i cant figure out how many people allowed on boat. 80 kilo people is on sticker, says a 6 metre open powerboat is 7 people. But Hartley has long cabin and not open like a powerboat, so i can not figure out what number to write on it.

As you are not a flybridge boat, your state regulations give you a capacity of 7. There is no differenciation in the regs between open and enclosed.
